16 ounce container non-fat cottage cheese
1/2
cup crumbled blue cheese
Chopped chives (for garnish)
Directions

Mix all ingredients and place in a blender or food processor; puree until smooth and creamy.

Serve with whole wheat crackers, baked chips, baguette slices or whole wheat pita and fresh veggies such as carrots, celery, cucumber, broccoli and/or cauliflower. Or, use as substitute for sour cream. Top with chopped chives for a festive garnish.
