pcs. of ripe plum tomatoes, cut in half

garlic cloves, in skin
salt and pepper, to taste
Directions

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

2. Put the tomato cut facing upward in a large pan.

3. Put thyme and garlic cloves in between the tomatoes.
4.
4. Over the tomatoes pour the olive oil.
5.
5. Bake until tomatoes are slightly charred or for about 45 min.

6. Take off the thyme.
7.
7. To taste sprinkle with pepper and salt.
8.
8. Squeeze the meat from the garlic cloves over the tomatoes.
9.
9. Then finally garnish with fresh thyme and serve while warm.
