Parsnips peeled and chopped lengthwise
Directions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Peel parsnips with a vegetable peeler (like peeling a carrot).

Chop parsnips lengthwise into thin fry shapes. Spray baking sheet (covered with foil) with Olive Oil Spray and spread parsnips evenly on sheet.
3.
Lightly spray parsnips with Olive Oil and sprinkle with seasoning salt.
4.
Bake 20 minutes or until parsnips are golden brown.
