Description:

This is a simple and wonderful snack; it's also great with a glass of beer. Kick up the heat if you like by adding a little more cayenne.

Ingredients

tbsp unsalted butter, melted

tbsp curry powder
Pinch cayenne pepper
1
cup raw watermillon seeds
1/2
tsp kosher salt

Directions

1.
1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Place on a baking sheet and cook for 4 to 7 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown. Remove from the oven and cool. Serve or store in an airtight container.
