Ingredients

Ingredients
1) bacon
2) sour cream, small container, use 3/4
3) 3 baking potatoes
4) 1 table spoon chopped fresh chives
5) 1, and 1/2 table spoons of milk
6) envelope ranch salad dressing, use 1/4
7) butter, 1 table spoon
8) montreal steak spice
9) 2 cloves minced garlic

--- fry bacon until nice and crispy, then brake apart to look like bacon bits.

---Poke holes in potatoes with fork, heat for 5 min in microwave. Roll in some butter to coat, then place in tinfoil and spinkle with minced garlic and montreal steak spice, on both sides. put in oven at 425 for 50 min. then take out and unwrap, and cut a small wedge in the top of each. Scoop out most of the potato into a bowl, leaving shells intact. mix sour cream with ranch dressing, stir well, then in large bowl add, 1 1/2 tablespoons milk, and the butter, and as much bacon bits as you see fit, as well as 2 table spoons ranch dressing mixture.Now place the potatoes you scooped out into this mixture and mash them up. then scoop back into potatoe without braking it apart, garnish the tops with chives and place back in the oven at 325 for 15 min...
