Ingredients

lb ground sirloin or turkey (optional, can keep vegetarian)

regular size cans kidney beans
1
regular size can black beans
1
regular size can jalapeño tomatoes
1
small can sliced mushrooms (also optional, could use fresh as well)
Directions

In a big pot, brown meat

Add, WITH all the liquid, all the cans with the exception of the mushrooms.

Drain the mushrooms and add

You can simmer until it is hot enough for your liking and the meat is cooked thoroughly, or you can let it simmer for a couple of hours.

The longer beans simmer, the less gas you will get ;)
