Ingredients
1½ cups self-raising flour
¼ tsp bicarbonate of soda
400g eating-quality milk chocolate
Coloured cake decorations
Directions

Mix cocoa powder and water in a bowl until it becomes smooth. Cool it and put it aside.

Take a cake pan and line its base with a baking paper.

Now blend the butter and sugar by using a blender or electric mixer. Make sure that the mixture becomes light. Then add eggs to it one by one and mix until it becomes fluffy.

Transfer the whole mixture into a large bowl. Add soda and then milk,cocoa mixture, vanilla. Again transfer this mixture into the cake pan. Bake for 1hr 15 minutes in a oven.
5.
Within this time combine cream and chocolate in a small bowl, stir in well. Cool it. Now spread the milk chocolate on the cake. Finally decorate it with colored chocolate decorations..
