Mix the eggs milk and 6 tbsp sugar with a hand blender until light and fluffy. Make a caramel out of 2 tbsp sugar by heating it directly on fire until it turns dark brown now pour 4 tbsp water and boil it for 2 minutes. After the caramel cools pour it in a vessel that is flat now pour the egg mixture over it and steam it for 10 minutes. Let it cool for some time and refrigerate it and serve it cool.
