tbsp long-grain white rice
Freshly ground black pepper
Directions

Bring the 4 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan. Add the rice and simmer for about 15-20 minutes or until tender. In a small bowl, beat the tahini, lemon juice and 3 tbsp of cold water together. Add this mixture to the tice, stir well and simmer for about 5 minutes more.

Season with salt and pepper and serve.
