Ingredients

oz angus chuck steak cut 1/2 inch thick
olive oil (enough to coat the steak)
Directions
1.
Trim excess fat from meat.
2.
Sprinkle salt and pepper the steak.
3.
Put olive oil on both sides of steak.
6.
Make sure the steak does not stick by moving with spatula.
7.
Every 2 minutes flip the steak.
9.
Take Steak off of pan.
10.
Allow to rest for 5 minutes.
12.
Remove the foam from the proteins off the butter.
13.
Take a spoon and drizzle over steak.
