Directions

Cut the butt off the bok choy.
2.
Simmer in cold water for 15 minutes to make cleaning easier.
3.

Bring the stock to a simmer and add the baby bok choy.

Cook while stirring for about 5 minutes.

Put the baby bok choy in a bowl and drizzle with sesame oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

If you like spice, use a spicy oil.
