Directions

Crumble the blue cheese

Coat the pan on the broiler with cooking spray

Put the oil and red pepper in a re-sealable plastic bag

Plut the wings in the bag and swoosh them around so they are coated well.
7.
Remove the wings from the bag
8.
Put them on the broiler pan
9.
Broil for 20 minutes (turn them two times)

Mix the yogurt, buttermilk, cheese, onion and worcestershire in a bowl.
12.
Cover and Refrigerate until the wings are ready.
