pounds cage free chicken wings (about 6)

tbsp yellow curry paste
red pepper flakes to taste
Directions
1.
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl (except for the chicken wings).
2.
Put the wings in the bowl and put in the fridge for an hour.
3.
Pre-heat your oven to 400.
4.
Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil.
5.
Spray with non-stick spray.
6.
Put the chicken wings on top.
8.
If you like them spicier, top with cayenne pepper.
