Ingredients

3
cups chicken stock
1
Tbsp chopped tarragon
salt and pepper
Mortar

Directions

1.
Heat the stock.
2.
While the stock is heated, put the tarragon in a mortar.
3.
Add 1/4 cup of the heated stock to the mortar while you grind the tarragon.
4.
Let this sit for about 5 minutes.
5.
Pour the mortar mixture into the rest of the heated stock.
6.
Serve and season to taste with salt and pepper.
