lb your favorite mushrooms (chopped)

tsp chopped fresh thyme

Add the shallots and sautee.

Add the mushrooms, bay leaf and thyme.

Sautee until liquid evaporates.
5.
Add the heavy cream and chicken stock.

Lower the heat as soon as it boils and simmer.

Simmer for about 20 minutes while stirring.
