Ingredients

lb. of ground beef cooked and drained

large cans of crushed tomatoes

tsp. Italian seasonings
¼ cup of red wine (optional)

small can of tomato paste
¼ c. dried parsely (optional)
¼ tsp. hot pepper flakes (optional)
Directions

Add all ingredients to crock pot. Cook on low 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours. Serve with pasta of your choice.

If you like to freeze food, double the recipe and freeze.
