Ingredients

sprinkle of each cayenne pepper, old bay, white pepper, dry thyme, dry onion flakes

or 2 cloves garlic chopped
Directions

Pre heat oven to 225 F.

Mix all the dry ingredients together.

Put the ribs in a dutch oven.
5.
Mix your wet stuff together and put in microwave for 30 seconds.
6.
Carefully put the wet mixture on the bottom of your ribs (not over the ribs, but on the bottom).
7.
Put in your oven for 2 hours covered.
8.
Take them out and pour a little of the sauce over them.
