Directions

Boil potatoes in water until they are tender

Mash them with the butter

Add salt, pepper and milk and mash little by little

Grab your pyrex and grease it

Fill it about 1/3 of the way up

Make 6 holes with a spoon so that you can place the eggs in there
9.
Crack the eggs and place them in the holes carefully
10.
Sprinkle with parsley
11.
Cover the pyrex and put in the oven at medium heat until the egg whites are cooked
