Ingredients
½ cup of chopped fresh cilantro, lightly packed.

tbsp of sliced jalapeno chilis.
½ tsp of ground black pepper.
Directions

Combine all ingredients thoroughly and shape into logs that can be threaded onto skewers.

Cook on the grill, about 2 inches from the heat source, for about 3 minutes on each side. Serve it hot.
