3 oz.packages strawberry jello (or sugar-free strawberry jello)

cup of sparkling champagne
12
ounce frozen strawberry concentrate
Directions
1.
Pour boiling water and champagne into a large mixing bowl. Dissolve jello into the water/champagne liquid.
2.
Add frozen concentrate and stir until well blended and all of the ice crystals have dissolved.
3.
Cool in the refrigerator until thickened, but not set (about 2-3 hours).
4.
*Add whipped topping of your choice--serve chilled*
