cups leftover chicken (diced)
1/4
lb mushrooms (your favorites)
Directions

1. Preheat your oven to 350 F

2. Cook your pasta according to package directions till al dente

3. Melt the butter in a sauce pan
4.
4. Sautee mushrooms in the butter while stirring (5 min)

5. Set mushrooms aside when done

6. Keep the butter on low heat and add the flour to the butter while stirring for about 2 minutes.

7. Add broth gradually and keep stirring until the sauce thickens.
8.
8. Remove from the heat and slowly add the wine and then the cream while stirring.

9. Add nutmeg, salt and pepper to taste.

10. Drain the pasta and put into a pyrex

11. Add the sauce and mix well

12. Sprinkle with Cheese

13. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
