I learned this from Wendy and Jonathan's Aunt who is a sick sick chef. Everything they made at Wendy's going away dinner was amazing. Thanks girls.

Ingredients

Butter
Chopped Garlic
White wine
Chicken stock
4
lbs mussels

Directions

1.
Yeah, the girls didn't really measure, but you'll get the gist.
2.
Scrub and Clean the mussels.
3.
Melt the butter and fry the chopped garlic
4.
Add the white wine and chicken stock
5.
Bring to a boil add the mussels and bring to medium heat
6.
Cover and cook until the mussels open.
7.
You're done.
