Description:

These are great cookies made all year long and this recipe has been handed down generations in my family. We just made them for a wedding and they were a big hit!

Please read recipe before starting.

Prep:

10 minutes to prepare, 1 hour for cookies to set

Servings:

2 dozen depending on size

Ingredients

cups Sugar
1/2
cup Milk
1
stick of Butter
4
tbsp Cocoa
In a separate bowl:
1/2
cup Crunchy Peanut Butter
3
cups Oats
1/2
tsp Vanilla

Directions

1.
1. Put in a pot sugar, milk, butter and cocoa and bring to a boil. Let it boil for 2 ½ minutes.

2. Remove from heat and add peanut butter, oats, and vanilla.

3. Mix and drop in small spoonfuls on wax paper.
