Ingredients

cups of fresh squeezed orange juice
Directions
1.
wash and slice the onion and carrots
2.
Bring the broth to a boil
3.
Add the carrots and onions and continue to boil over low heat
4.
When tender take the veggies out of the broth
5.
Puree the veggies in blender or food processor with the orange juice and honey (you can leave out the honey if the oranges are sweet
6.
Add the puree to the broth, add salt to taste, mix and serve warm
