Directions

1. Melt the butter over low heat in your non-stick frying pan

2. While the butter is melting, beat the eggs with the heavy cream

3. Once the butter is melted, add the beaten eggs to the pan
4.
4. When the eggs start solidifying, start stirring slowly with a wooden spoon

5. When the eggs are cooked, serve in two plates and add salt and pepper to taste.
