lrg. can diced tomatoes

- 3 tomato boullion cubes

12 oz. can tomato juice
Directions

Place water into stock pot. Bring to boil. Add boullion cubes and stir in tomato juice. Add seasonings. Bring to boil. Cut all vegetables into cubes and slices. Add to boiling broth. Cover and simmer until vegetables are to desired tenderness.
