Prep:

boil for 5 minutes then Fry.

Ingredients

pcs. of chicken thighs
2
pcs. of eggs
2
pcs. of potatoes
2
pcs. of medium size onions
1
pc. of carrot
Parsley

Directions

1.
Cut chicken into little pieces, put it into the pan with water (about 2 l) and start boiling.
2.
Meanwhile peel potatoes, onion and carrots.
3.
Then cut vegetables and when the chicken is ready put them into broth.
4.
At the same time chop onion and start frying it with oil until it becomes golden.
5.
Add it to the chicken broth.
6.
After that take eggs, open them and mix well in the bowl.
7.
Pour egg mixture slowly into the soup, stirring it at the same time.
8.
At the end you can add chopped parsley, salt and pepper.
