medium sized eggs per person/serving
Directions
1.
1) crack 2 eggs into a bowl. throw shells away. salt/pepper to taste. beat eggs by hand, just enough to mix it good.

2) take block of cream cheese, cut up desired amount of cream cheese into blocks. repeat this step with both the chedder cheese and the cilantro.

3) pour scrambled eggs into frying pan on stove. cook on low. when its about halfway done, mix in SOME your chedder cheese and cream cheese. mix in SLOWLY. give it time to melt.

4) when it is about 30 seconds from being done, mix in the remaining cheeses, stir that in slowly. then add in the cilantro. stir in.

5) let sit for one minute.
