Ingredients
* 1 1/2 cup whole-wheat flour
* 1/2 cup chopped dried apricots
* 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
* 1/4 cup dried cranberries
* 1/4 cup raw sesame seeds
* 1 tsp. grated lemon rind
Directions

1. Combine all of the ingredients, except the honey, oil and lemon juice.

2. Mix the honey, oil and lemon juice and stir into the dry ingredients until just moist.
3.
3. Pour into a greased square pan.
4.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

5. Cool and cut into squares.
