Description:

This is a traditional meal from Arequipa, a southern city in Peru. It is eaten before the meals, while waiting for the main course to be ready!

Potatoes
3
tomatoes
1
rocoto
Vinegar
Salt
Olive oil

Directions

1.
Boil the potatos, peel them and slice them in 1 cm width slices.
2.
Cut the tomatoes in similar thick slices.
3.
Cut the rocoto in thin slices.
4.
Fix them in a plate, add salt, vinegar and oil.
5.
Enjoy!
