ounces fresh fettuccine

cup fresh lemon juice
Pinch freshly grated nutmeg
Salt and freshly ground white pepper
Directions

Cook the pasta according to package directions.

.Put 2 cups of cream and the lemon juice in a heavy pan, stir. Add butter, cook over medium heat for 3 minutes.

Remove from heat, add pasta and stir.
4.
Add 1/2 cup of cream and cheese to sauce.
5.
Sprinkle with lemon zest, nutmeg, salt and pepper.
6.
Stir over low heat for a minute.
7.
Your sauce should be thick and the meal is ready.
