tsp Worcestershire sauce
1-1/2
pounds firm -- whitefish fillets
Directions

1. In a pot mix all sauce ingredients, place in a medium heat and boil until it becomes a thin syrup.

2. Pour the syrup through a strainer, discard the cooked ingredients in the strainer and chill the marinade.

3. Put fish fillets in a baking dish put some marinade over them until coated.

4. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

5. Pour off marinade into a small pan and heat to boiling.

6. Grill fish over hot coals, basting with a tsp pf marinade on each side.
7.
7. Remove fish when internal temperature reaches 155F or the fish is just flaky and the translucent color is gone.
