Ingredients

1/2
pounds ground Fish-Catfish preferred

tsp soy sauce or fish sauce
1/2
pack Red Curry paste
1/3
cup Lime Zest

Egg Yog
Chopped string beans as you preferred

of sugar
1/2
cup chopped cucumber(for sauce)/chopped red peppers

cups of vinegar

Directions

1.
Put ground fish,lime zest, chopped string beans eeg yog and red curry paste together and mix well then put fish sauce/or soy sauce as you like,add a little bit of sugar to enhance flavour.Make it into small ball or small patty then deep fry it.For the sauce bring sugar and vinegar to boil add water and salt then put chopped cucumber and chillies.
