Ingredients
½ tea spoon mustard powder and salt to taste

tea spoons of chilli powder

tomatoes (chopped) or tomato paste
One cup of curd and 4 spoons of gram flour
50
grams of tamarind juice (soaked in water before cooking)

curry leaves and little amount of coriander leaves
Directions

1. Wash the fish pieces with curd and gram flour to avoid smell.

2. Now, take the kadai and pour oil in it.
3.
3. Add chopped onions, green chillies to the oil and fry it. Add ginger garlic paste.

4. Add tomatoes, salt, mustard powder and chilli powder.
5.
5. After 10 minutes, add tamarind juice and fish pieces and mix it.
6.
6. Keep low flame and it gets boiled for around 30 minutes.

7. As the gravy becomes thick, stop the flame and it is ready.
