oz cooked cubed chicken

oz low-fat shredded cheese

cup cooked drained (no salt) black beans

cup salsa

chopped black olives
chili powder/cayenne pepper to taste
Low-carb
wraps

Directions

1.
Combine all the ingredients (except for wraps) in a mixing bowl. Microwave until hot. Serve in the wrap.
