Ingredients
2-3
tsp powdered coffee (like nescafe or general foods international coffees)
Food processor (if you have it) or blender.
Directions
1.
Mix the ricotta, sugar and powdered coffee.
2.
When it is smooth, split into 4 glasses.
3.
Cover and put in the fridge for at least 35 minutes.
6.
Sprinkle biscotti over the pick me ups.
7.
Garnish each cup with 3 coffee beans.
8.
You can kick it up a notch with a little kahluah.
9.
If you are out of ricotta, you can do this with ice cream too.
