6oz carton plain yogurt (greek style recommended)

cup finely chopped unpeeled cucumber

Tbsp. finely chopped red onion
1
10oz container of plain hummus
1/2
cup seeded tomato (1 medium)
1/2
cup crumbled feta cheese (2 oz)
Directions

Stir yogurt, 1/4 cup of cucumber, onion, and mint. Set aside.

Spread hummus in the bottom of 9 in pie plate. Spread yogurt mixture evenly over hummus. Sprinkle with tomato, remaining cucumber, and the feta cheese.
