Directions

Make 5 slits in spaghetti squash with knife carefully.

Put in microwave for 10 minutes.
3.
Take out with mittens and let cool for 5 minutes.
4.
When cool to the touch, cut in half.
6.
With a knife, shred the inside of the squash, you will get spaghetti like fibers.
7.
Put on a plate and add your favorite sauce.
