Ingredients

finely minced green onions (use the white part only)
2
inches of pealed and grated fresh ginger
2
cloves of garlic grated
¼ cup Tamari (low sodium)
¼ cup cooking sherry (up to ½ cup)
¼ cup vegetable oil (not olive oil â the flavor is too strong, I use Safflower oil which is high in Vitamin E/antioxidants)
Directions
1.
Mix together the first 7 ingredients, then drizzle in the oil while whisking quickly.
2.
Use on a green salad or mix with red cabbage, grated carrot, sliced green onion and toasted sesame seeds for an Asian inspired coleslaw.
