Cups of any low-fat vanilla yogurt
A (6 oz) can of frozen orange juice concentrate works best, but orange juice in a box works too.
A tsp. of vanilla extract for added flavor
Directions
1.
Put all ingredients into a blender.
2.
Blend ingredients until smooth.
3.
Pour into individual paper cups or molds and freeze.
4.
Insert popsicle sticks (if desired) when mixture is slightly frozen.
