â 8 ounce packages cream cheese, softened

â (15.25 ounce) cans fruit cocktail, drained and chopped fine

â (5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
¼ cup coconut (optional)
¾ cup chopped almonds (optional)
Directions

Using a stand or hand mixer, mix together cream cheese, fruit cocktail, and instant pudding mix. Add 1/4 cup almonds and coconut, if desired. Serve with your favorite crackers.

Note: You can substitute drained, crushed pineapple for the fruit salad.
