Ingredients

Cup butter or Margarine

tsp. Vanilla OR 1/4 tsp Mint Flavoring
1/2
Cup chopped nuts or coconut (Optional)
Directions
1.
Melt Butter in a saucepan. Remove from stove.

Add Sugar & Vanilla & Mix

Add eggs one at a time. Mix

Add Nuts or coconut. Mix
7.
Pour into a greased 8X8 Pan. Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees F. DO NOT OVERCOOK!

If using a 9X13 pan, double recipe (still bake for 25 minutes)
