Ingredients

cup sour cream

tbsp fresh lemon juice

5.5-ounce log soft fresh goat cheese
1
tbsp chopped fresh chives
Assorted crackers

Directions

1.
Whisk sour cream and lemon juice in medium bowl until mixture resembles heavy cream. Let mixture stand in bowl until thickened, about 20 minutes. Place goat cheese on serving platter. Pour lemon cream over cheese. Sprinkle with chives and serve with crackers.
