INGREDIENTS:

MILK POWDER = 3/4 CUP

PLAIN FLOUR = 1 TBSP
3.
BAKING POWDER = 1 TBSP
4.
OIL = 2 TBSP
5.
EGG = 1
SYRUP:
1.
WATER = 2 CUPS
2.
SUGAR = 1 1/2 CUPS
3.
CARDAMOM = 2

Directions

1.
First make syrup by combing ingredients of syrup. Then combine all the dough ingredients & make their small balls. Deep fry in oil on low heat then put them in syrup, when putting balls in syrup high the flame. Serve hot & garnish with almond.
