Ingredients

Limes 2/3 cup white rum 10 fresh mint sprigs (plus more for garnish) 1/4 cup sugar 2 TBSP fresh ginger 2 cups club soda

Directions

1.
Juice limes (1/4 cup) and save halves. Mash limes, juice, rum, mint, sugar and ginger in a bowl with spoon. Strain into bowl after 20 minutes: discard solids. Fill 4 glasses with ice, 1/2 cup of rum mix and 1/2 cup club soda. Garnish with mint & Serve.
