Ingredients

1in Ginger Root (sliced)

Lemon (thinly sliced)

tsp Cayenne Pepper

C of Purified Water
1
tsp Honey or Agave Nectar (optional)

Directions

1.
*Simmer ginger, lemon, pepper and water on stovetop for 15 min
2.
*Ladle the flavored water into your favorite mug, sip and enjoy!
3.
*Add honey or agave to mug for added sweetness
4.
*Can be made in larger quantities to store and enjoy later. The longer this tea steeps, the richer the flavor and benefits!
