Ingredients

oz 8-inch piece of fresh peeled and chopped Ginger .

cup fresh Lemon Juice .

cup fresh Orange Juice .
3
cup Cold Water or Club Soda.
Directions
1.
* Mix ginger, sugar and 1 cup of water in a heavy deep-pan and bring to boil.
2.
* Lower the heat to simmer,leave uncovered, for about 15 minutes.
3.
* Strain the mixture into another pan and allow to cool.
4.
* Now add lemon juice and orange juice and cool till needed.
5.
* Just before serving, add cold water or club soda and ice-cubes.
