Ingredients

cups cooked frozen broccoli florets
1
can Health Valley cream of celery soup (its the only gluten free kind ive found)
1
cup shredded cheddar cheese
(extra cheddar to top optional)
Directions

1. In a pot, boil carrots in chicken broth just to soften some (i like mine still crisp)

2. mix milk and cream of celery in separate bowl. Blend cornstarch with cold water and add to bowl.

3. Add contents of bowl to pot and cook over medium heat until thickened and add cheese.
4.
4. Stir until cheese melts but Do Not Boil, add the cooked frozen broccoli.
5.
5. Top with cheddar cheese if you want but I can't imagine why you wouldn't.
