Gluten Free Honey Mustard Glazed Chicken

Cooking Instructions
| 1 | tbsp olive oil |
| 1/2 | onion, chopped |
| 6 | boneless skinless chicken breasts |
| 1 | tsp paprika |
| salt | |
| pepper | |
| 1 | tbsp lemon juice |
| 1/3 | cup Dijon mustard |
| 1/4 | cup honey |
| 1/2 | tsp curry powder |
Cooking Instructions
| Step 1 | 1In a skillet heat olive oil over medium-high heat and add onion. |
| Step 2 | 2Saute until translucent. |
| Step 3 | 3Sprinkle chicken with paprika and salt and pepper to tast and add to skillet. |
| Step 4 | 4Cook chicken until nicely browned on both sides, about 5 minutes per side. |
| Step 5 | 5Set aside and keep warm. |
| Step 6 | 6Meanwhile, in a small bowl mix together lemon juice, mustard, honey, and curry. |
| Step 7 | 7Add to skillet mixing well while scraping off brown bits off bottom of pan. |
| Step 8 | 8Return chicken to skillet and simmer a minute in the sauce. |
| Step 9 | 9Serve, spooning sauce over top of chicken. |
