cups cooked Spinach leaves (you can also use mangold)
Directions

Put 2 cups cooked spinach, 3 eggs, 200 cc cream, salt and pepper into the blender (or use the minipimer or whatever to that purpose). Blend well but not that much that the spinach disappears. Pour in a buttered tin, cover with aluminum foil and bake in bainmarie* 30 minutes at 175ºC. Can be eaten hot or cold.
